INTERSTATE & OVERSEAS VISITORS

All visiting golfers wishing to play at Kingston Heath must reside either Overseas or Interstate and hold a current membership at an Interstate or Overseas Golf Club.

Visitors may contact Tom Evans by emailing  tom@kingstonheath.com.au to arrange a booking during allocated times. Once a booking has been made correspondence will be sent from Kingston Heath outlining the booking details and a request for a deposit/full payment to confirm the booking. It is advised that all bookings be made well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We accept visitors during the following times pending availability:

  • Monday between 12.45pm - 1.45pm
  • Thursday after 1.30pm during daylight savings
  • Friday between 7.00am - 11.00am
  • No visitors on Weekends.

On the day of a booking a letter of introduction from all players from their home club must be provided.

The current 18 hole green fee is $350.00 per person.

A reduced fee may apply to members of  Clubs outside of Victoria, affiliated with Golf Australia.

RECIPROCAL VISITORS

Reciprocal Members are to contact the Golf Shop to arrange a booking during allocated times. Once a booking has been made correspondence will be sent from the Office confirming the booking. It is advisable that all bookings be made well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We accept Reciprocal Members during the following times pending availability:

  • Monday between 12.45pm - 1.45pm and after 4.00pm during daylight savings.

Reciprocal male Members may also play in the Monday Members Competition where they should meet in the Bar at 11.30am and a tee time will be allocated by a member arranging the draw.

  • Wednesday (male only) Between 8.30am - 9.30am or 12.00pm - 1.15pm
  • Thursday after 2.30pm during daylight savings
  • Friday between 7.00am - 11.00am and after 2.30pm during daylight savings
  • Saturday (male only) Full Reciprocal Members can be booked into the Members Competition(Except for Board Events)
  • Sunday - may be booked into the Mixed Event or at any other time.

On the day of a booking a letter of introduction from all players from their home club must be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of a cancellation the following policy applies:

  • If advised at least 1 week prior to the day a full refund will be provided.
  • If advised within the 7 days of the day a 50% refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation on the day will not be refunded.
